Mining Mesh

Mining Polyester Fiber Flexible Mesh is a biaxially oriented plastic mesh used as a false roof in coal mines. It is produced using domestically manufactured biaxial geogrid equipment, where plastic granules mixed with flame-retardant and anti-static additives undergo heating, extrusion, punching, and stretching processes.

Primarily applied as a false roof and rib support for thick coal seam split-layer mining, it also serves as a reinforcement material for various roadways, including bolted roadways, supported roadways, and shotcrete-anchored roadways. Compared to traditional metal mesh or hand-woven plastic mesh, it offers significantly easier installation while maintaining high strength and safety performance.
